Life Changing Coach

Okay, a bit about my personal comeback, from a life of constant stress to one of immense strength. After enduring an intensely abusive childhood, I joined the police service at the earliest age possible and went on to have a full and rewarding career. I kept my own personal struggles hidden for the vast majority of the time, both personally and professionally, as it was a very different climate, and mental challenges were not openly discussed.

My journey took me from A to Z in terms of my mental wellbeing, and no treatment, counseling, or therapy worked for me. I had to find my own inner strength, and effectively coach my own comeback. Within my public service, and despite my own struggles, I coached and mentored others to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. As a police manager, I was qualified and accredited as a major incident commander, a promotion and recruit assessor, a professional mentor, and I have an extensive history of Chief Constables' Commendations and Certificates of Merit, including those for courage, professionalism, and leadership.

I have subsequently honed my skills and expertise, by training and gaining accreditation with one of the UK's foremost coach trainers, adding professional coaching practitioner capability to my extensive skill set and experience. I know that if I had received any level of great coaching during the intervals of my life it would have made a massive difference to my performance and wellbeing. That's why I am so passionate about providing that service for others and taking them to new levels of abundance, enjoyment and fulfilment.
